Bruce D. Weinsteiger, AIA is a partner at Architectural Concepts PC a full-service architectural and interior design firm located in Exton, Pa. with offices in Philadelphia, Pa., and Lancaster, Pa. During his 26 years with the firm, Bruce has been an integral part of projects in the residential, gaming, commercial, healthcare, and retail arenas as well as master planning mixed-use communities.

Notable projects include: Shirk Stadium at Albright College in Reading, Pa., Charlestown Races and Silver Screen Casino in Charlestown, WV, Parkesburg School Apartments in Parkesburg, Pa., Court at Upper Providence in Royersford, Pa., and currently Brandywine Health and Housing Center in Coatesville, Pa. expected for completion Summer 2007.

Bruce is affiliated with numerous professional organizations, including the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Pennsylvania Society of Architects (PSA), and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. In addition, he has served on the East Vincent Township Planning Commission (Spring City, Pa.) for over ten years and currently serves as chairman.

Bruce is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University (State College, Pa.) and has studied abroad at the University of Florence, Italy.

He is a registered architect in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia and when Bruce is not at the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.
