James L. Cherry III, AIA . Vice President
James L. Cherry III, AIA (Jim) brings nearly 25 years of experience to his role as partner of Architectural Concepts PC, a full-service architecture and interior design firm located in Exton, Pa. He has been with the company since 1997. Prior to joining Architectural Concepts, he has previously held a number of positions at architectural firms throughout the Philadelphia area.
During his time with the firm, Jim has been involved in numerous commercial and corporate projects, including the new Radnor Township Municipal Complex in Radnor, Pa., 300 Four Falls Corporate Center in Conshohocken, Pa., Mill Town Square, a mixed-use retail business complex in Downingtown, Pa., and currently, Washington House, a large mixed-use multi-family/retail project located in Newark, De. Jim actively participates in each project and maintains a high involvement with every client throughout the design and documentation process.
Jim is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Trust for Historic Preservation, International Code Council (ICC), Chester County Chamber of Commerce and Exton Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture from Spring Garden College (Philadelphia, Pa.), where he graduated first in his class. He is currently a registered architect in Pennsylvania.
When Jim is not working, you can find him pitching for the company softball team or keeping the playbook at Phillies games.
